The rooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. The reception staff were helpful and provided luggage storage for us. We used the gym, sauna and spa and loved having a view of the beach and being so close to the main shopping area

The room, was nice, there was a bar smoking area on the bottom floor which got loud. But we had view of the ocean. The room was good size. And free parking was nice. Easy to access. Many restaurants around us. And a cinema across the road. And a hotel downstairs. They made you feel important.

The location is great, right in the heart of Cronulla. Great place to enjoy the beach and a lively neighbourhood. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and went out of their way to make our stay special, even adding a gift and a handwritten card for my husband's birthday. The pool and spa are very pleasant and clean. Overall, we had a great stay.

From the moment we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the reception’s (Jo) warm welcome. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a room on a higher level which was ideal for us so we would not encounter noise from the pub below. Customer service is non existent these days but Jo excelled in service. Thanks Jo for making us feel like a valued customer from the moment we stepped into the Quest.

Everything. Reception friendly. Smelt amazing walking in. Needed early check in. They couldn't have done anymore to accommodate our needs. Easy parking. Great location. Pool spa relaxing. Beach view. Great food everywhere. Mall walking distance. Staff cleaning at all times making sure everyone was happy. No issues. Next day at check out we were able to leave car in parking go for walk eat before our big drive staff we're fine about it.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, fabulous room with ocean view, walking distance to an abundance of food, straight across the road from the beach, beautiful to watch the sunrise. I felt very safe walking to the beach before the sun was up, plenty of people around and some of the cafes were starting to open for breakfast also. I had a fabulously relaxing 2 days. I didn't want to leave. Will definitely be staying here again. Also a bonus was free car parking.

Location was perfect. The studio was very clean and had a nice outlook. Towels were good in the bathroom. Modern furnishings in living area.

The staff, especially Jess at reception, was amazing! Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, but she went above and beyond to make up for it. Jess had wonderful customer service, which is very hard to find these days - everything was with a smile, an absolute asset to your business

Location is excellent, 2 min walk to the beach and lots of cafes/shops around. You can hear noise from Northies but isn't terrible, I just used white noise to block it out and stops at a certain time. Loved the chocolate and water that was left in the room as a greeting too.
